When you’ve placed your order online you will need to contact our support team as soon as possible to make any changes. However, depending on the status of the order it may not be possible to change your order. You can contact Suntory Oceania Customer Services on:

We try our best to provide what you need, however depending on the status of the order it may not be possible to cancel the delivery. An order can only be cancelled before it has been picked and dispatched for delivery. You can contact Suntory Oceania Customer Services on:

Your personal & company details are set when your account is first created. If you need to change any of these you will need to contact your Suntory Oceania Territory Manager or our Customer Support team, they will then be able to action the next necessary steps. We deliver according to your regular delivery schedule, with a 4pm cut-off for ordering to receive according to your schedule. Your Order Day & Delivery Day is shown at the top of all pages on our Online Store. Talk to your Suntory Oceania Territory Manager or our Customer Service team if you need further information on your delivery day.


Your online order is currently set up for Payment on Account. You will be emailed your invoice once delivery has been confirmed.


Public holidays may alter the days we will deliver to your business as well as your order days. Talk to your Suntory Oceania Territory Manager about how public holidays may affect your schedule. If you are an Online Exclusive customer we will also send communication via email to inform you of any upcoming changes, so please stay up to date with latest developments by checking your emails regularly.
